Ethos is seeking experienced business transformation leads to help train AI models on professional presentations and slide decks. You will craft delivery-ready slides across client proposals, roadmaps, operating models, and executive workshops for top advisory clients.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years at a top consulting or strategy practice and are expert at PowerPoint, with strong written communication and attention to detail. Remote, flexible hours of 5–20 per week; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top consulting, strategy, or advisory practice (e.g. Big 4).
• Strong expertise in client deliverable structure, storylining, and data exhibits.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop client proposal decks, transformation roadmaps, operating model presentations.
• Prepare executive workshop visuals, benchmarking exhibits and final report production.
