Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced sales operations strategists to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own territory and quota design, and build pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews.

This fully remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start and compensation of $100/hour. Remote work allows flexible scheduling to fit your calendar.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership.
• Ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Design territory and quota models and pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans and win/loss writeups.
• Propose compensation plans and incentives.
