Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in marine commercial roles within shipyards.
• Naval Architecture or project offshore background preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial offers for small to medium projects with asset and operations coordination.
• Collaborate with bid teams on creative pricing strategies.
• Negotiate and manage client contracts and subcontractor agreements.
• Supervise project and commercial coordinators’ workload focusing on cost control, billing and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on salvage and wreck contracts.
• Work with finance to present revenue and profit status through the year.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships in insurance and shipping industries.
• Develop third-party and subcontractor networks.
• Share market intelligence and industry news.
