Job summary

HSM MARINE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marine Commercial Executive to manage and coordinate commercial activities for marine projects.

You will review client enquiries, prepare cost estimates and quotations, and monitor project costs and budgets to protect revenue and margins. You will work closely with technical and operations teams, clients, vendors, and Class surveyors to ensure proper coordination of commercial activities and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words/Excel/PowerPoint).
• 5.5 days per week.
• Tuas Area.

Responsibilities

• Review client enquiries, prepare cost estimates and quotations.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and Class surveyors.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and profitability.
• Prepare draft invoices and commercial documentation.
• Ensure timely commercial submissions and records.
• Report project commercial progress to management.
