Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marine Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationships within the marine and shipyard sectors in Singapore.

This is a full‑time role with a 5.5‑day work week. You will promote marine products and services, handle RFQs, quotations and follow‑ups, coordinate with Operations and Project teams, and contribute to sales planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the marine and offshore or waste treatment industry, with a proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with marine and shipyard customers, and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote marine products and services to grow the customer base and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations and sales follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Operations and Project teams on ship parts and ship repair projects to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Monitor project progress, address customer concerns and maintain service quality.
• Source materials and liaise with suppliers when required.
• Monitor market trends, business performance and relevant regulatory developments to support sales planning and forecasting.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to increase customer awareness and demand.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, and recommend improvements to products and services.
• Prepare sales forecasts, sales and marketing reports, and maintain accurate customer records.
