Job summary

HR Service Jobs in Singapore seeks a strategic CRM Marketing Manager focused on customer lifecycle campaigns. You will develop, execute and optimise onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty and reactivation programmes using data-driven communications across email, SMS, and push channels.

You will collaborate with marketing, analytics, product and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals, measure performance, and continuously improve customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics
• Experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention and automation
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation and personalised campaigns
• Practical experience with one or more CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze or Klaviyo
• Proficiency in analysing campaign performance and interpreting engagement data
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, deliverability and A/B testing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategies covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation
• Design lifecycle programs with personalised communications across channels
• Create customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve engagement and loyalty
• Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push)
• Build automated journeys (welcome, onboarding, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
• Ensure brand voice, tone and customer experience standards across campaigns
• Collaborate with content, design and analytics teams to deliver effective messages
• Maintain data quality and ensure GDPR-compliant data governance
