Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years in marketing data analysis or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with major email marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review email marketing operations from data, process, governance and tech perspectives.
• Evaluate segmentation, tagging, taxonomy, reporting, and data quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, reporting consistency and platform readiness.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and audience engagement trends.
• Develop reusable reporting templates, dashboards and measurement frameworks.
• Translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Review Mailchimp environment and define data requirements for future automation initiatives.
• Support data governance and marketing operations planning.
