Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for Lifecycle Marketing & Campaign Delivery to design and deliver customer journeys across email, app push and in-app messaging. You will own lifecycle programs from idea to launch and optimization.

You will collaborate with marketing, platform specialists and data analysts to translate insights into personalized communications and deliver measurable improvements in activation, retention and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing or loyalty engagement with automation experience.
• Experience designing automated customer journeys (onboarding, activation, retention).
• Hands-on with Braze or similar platforms; strong segmentation and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Design customer journeys that welcome new members and encourage first purchases.
• Build and deliver automated campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging and other channels.
• Plan, test and optimize lifecycle programs with A/B tests and insights.
• Collaborate with marketers, data analysts and tech teams to activate journeys.
