Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant with Digital Asset or ECM / Structured Products experience to provide mid to long term support to our leading global client in digital assets/fintech. You will act as a key legal point of contact for innovative equity‑linked products, working remotely, at the cutting edge of capital markets and emerging digital asset–linked solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years PQE in structured products, ECM or derivatives.
• Experience with cryptocurrency or digital assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice for equities and structured/innovative products through lifecycle.
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts.
• Work with product, business, marketing, and operations across jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and help develop scalable legal processes and templates.
