Job summary

Cove is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the remote inside sales team, driving inbound leads to bookings and coordinating with field sales. You will set monthly targets, coach teams, and improve conversation quality through ongoing development and tool adoption.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales leadership, and a background in hospitality or real estate. The role focuses on cross-functional alignment, process optimization, and delivering strong tenant conversion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
2–3 years in a team leadership or management role in sales or customer success.
Experience in coliving, hospitality or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the remote inside sales team and drive inbound lead engagement and conversion.
Set and track monthly targets for enquiries, views and bookings aligned with business goals.
Improve conversation quality through regular training and coaching of sales teams.
Equip the team with up-to-date sales techniques and tools to maximise productivity.
Identify sales challenges and implement effective solutions.
Represent sales during property takeovers and ensure units meet standards.
