Job summary

Strategic Wealth Partners (SWP) is seeking a HR and operations-focused employee to join the Business Management Team in Singapore. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR-related duties to help the firm manage growth and maintain client service excellence.

You will coordinate the internship program, contribute to HR policy development, supervise interns, and assist with annual reviews and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Highly dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Previous work experience in HR and/or project management.
• Experience with a CRM system and employee data management.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting; scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screenings, onsite to welcome candidates during scheduled interviews
• Employee onboarding; creating the onboarding schedule, onsite to welcome the employee, working closely with the hiring manager and new employee to identify any additional training needed for a successful onboarding
• Benefit Administration & Open enrollment; explain plan offerings to new employees, review options during open enrollment, analyze and make recommendations to the executive team for the coming year, present to the team, oversee changes and updates to systems
• SWP Internship Program; manage the hiring process (post the job description, screen candidates, make selections), work with the SWP team to identify projects, tasks and capstone project, supervise the interns throughout the summer program
• Manager training; hold quarterly training and coaching sessions with people managers
• Other HR items; review and refine SWP Handbook policies and procedures, track PTO/DTO, coordinate employee parties and gifts, coordination of the annual review process, and HR reporting
