Job summary

PAP Community Foundation is seeking an HR professional in Singapore to support hiring divisions by delivering end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes strategic recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and effective collaboration across teams while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree required or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of HR-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Hiring Divisions on meeting manpower needs.
• Develop, execute and evaluate attraction and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Administer onboarding with essential information and resources for new employees.
• Prepare Appointment Letters and HR documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for recruitment activities.
• Plan recruitment efforts for Career Fairs, Walk-in Interviews and Virtual Interviews.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and strategies.
• Review and develop HR SOPs and policies.
