Job summary

Ethos is hiring data analysts to train a foundational AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create dashboards and reporting pipelines, enabling data-driven narratives for executive KPIs and monthly performance decks.

We seek 4+ years of BI experience, strong SQL skills, and expert document/spreadsheet/slideshow craftsmanship, with exceptional written communication. This is a fully remote role offering flexible 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data-driven narratives for AI training and business decisions.
• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support data quality, validation checklists, and self-serve reporting templates for stakeholders.
