ATLAS ANALYTICS is hiring an Outbound Sales Rep (Growth Track) to own client delivery quality and performance across multiple clients in a global, remote setting. You will translate strategy into execution, coach juniors, and drive consistent, qualified meetings that feed the pipeline.

The role emphasizes performance-driven outcomes, with English fluency required and German a strong plus. You’ll participate in a high-velocity, outcomes-focused environment with remote collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering outbound meetings and pipeline.
• Ability to coach juniors and translate strategy into actionable briefs.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a strong plus.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and providing clear status updates.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes for assigned clients — execute and optimize outbound campaigns.
• Translate ICPs and signals into clear execution briefs for juniors.
• Hold QA meetings to ensure quality, relevance, and conversion signals.
• Coach junior GCs on qualification, objection handling and prioritization.
• Manage client expectations with CSMs — provide context and accountability.
• Identify risks early and act fast to protect delivery quality and capacity.
