Job summary

ATLAS ANALYTICS seeks a Senior Outbound Sales Rep (2IC) to keep Growth delivery smooth, scalable, and predictable in a remote, global setting. You’ll own daily operational health, enforce standards, and back up senior reps when leadership isn’t present.

You’ll focus on consistent client delivery, ramp onboarding, and reducing fires. English fluency is required; German is a strong plus, with additional languages welcomed.

Qualifications

• Senior outbound operator with proven delivery in client-facing roles.
• Ability to enforce standards and spot systemic issues.
• Fluent English; German a strong plus; other languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational health and client delivery consistency across Growth.
• Enforce standards across qualification, SalesOS hygiene, and outbound execution.
• Support senior reps with prioritization, escalation handling, and quick decisions.
• Spot systemic issues and implement fixes quickly.
• Help onboard and ramp new reps quickly and effectively.
• Act as first escalation point for delivery issues before leadership.
