Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years in payment processing and financial administration.

Responsibilities

Process payment instructions and financial transactions, ensuring required information, documents, and approvals are complete and accurate.
Coordinate approval workflows, monitor outstanding approvals, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Track payment status, grant utilisation, funding balances, and expenditure records.
Perform reconciliation across financial reports and systems, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding issues.
Prepare financial, utilisation, operational, and management reports as required.
Maintain complete and accurate records, supporting documents, and audit trails for audit and review purposes.
Support programme administration, operational workstreams, process improvements, and other finance or administrative duties as assigned.
