QUESSCORP SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Finance Operations professional in Singapore to oversee vendor invoicing and payments, review expense claims, and manage bank reconciliations.

The role focuses on strengthening internal controls, supporting audits, and driving process improvements with automation opportunities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance operations, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance operations.
• Hands-on experience in payment processing, expense management, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and experience supporting audits.
• Experience documenting procedures and improving finance workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively across teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee vendor invoice and payment processing, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to internal policies.
• Review employee expense claims and reimbursements, resolving exceptions within established approval procedures.
• Manage bank account reporting and reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and maintaining complete financial records.
• Monitor fund movements and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company funds.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requests, ensuring supporting records are accurate, complete, and readily available.
• Work with business teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve finance operations issues.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to finance system enhancements and operational projects.
