Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a contract-based Operations Associate in Singapore to manage merchant onboarding, KYC, and settlement processes. You will build relationships with merchants, support cross-border payments, and resolve day-to-day enquiries.

Ideal candidates have a background in FinTech/payments and strong Excel and stakeholder-management skills. The role is hybrid, based at Clarke Quay, with a 6-month contract possibility to extend to permanent.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accountancy, or related disciplines.
• Experience in FinTech, PSPs, payment gateways, remittance, or digital wallets.
• Knowledge of merchant onboarding, KYC, payment operations, settlements, FX, or remittance is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchant onboarding, including KYC verification, account setup, and system integration.

Salary: $3,500 - $3,900/month

Employment: 6-Month Contract (High Conversion to Permanent)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with companies or platforms in the payments ecosystem (e.g. PSPs, remittance providers, payment gateways, digital wallets, or other fintech companies) will be highly preferred.
• Knowledge of merchant onboarding, KYC, payment operations, settlements, FX, or remittance will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
