Job summary

Ethos is seeking a director of talent development to design and refine AI training materials for professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible role supports 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of L&D design experience, strong documentation skills, and a track record of building engagement tracking tools and rubrics for people-ops governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, and tracking rubrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure materials meet quality and governance standards.
