Job summary

Ethos is an expert network platform seeking onboarding program managers to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create and refine onboarding materials, facilitator guides, and curriculum outlines, with a focus on engagement tracking and rubrics.

This is a fully remote, flexible role requiring strong written communication and attention to detail. We value 4+ years designing corporate training and learning programs, with direct ownership of curricula.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, and course outlines
