Job summary

Ethos is a remote-first expert network joining forces with a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind backed team to connect professionals with paid expert calls, advisory opportunities, and speaking engagements. We are seeking a heads of learning & development to design and refine AI-assisted documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

The role is fully remote, offering 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
