Job summary

Brixx Derma is seeking a customer operations associate in Singapore. You will handle messages and warranty cases for 2–3 hours daily, 6 days a week, with one fixed rest day. Most work is remote, with a weekly warehouse visit to AMK/Bishan to receive returns and run QC checks.

You may assist events like livestreams or pop-ups and support multiple platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and our website.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in operations, customer service or e‑commerce support.
Highly organised and dependable; follow cases through to the end.
Clear, friendly written English; Mandarin a plus.
Calm and patient with unhappy customers.
Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee or Shopify seller centres is a plus.
Able to commit 2–3 hours a day, 6 days a week including weekends, plus a fixed weekly warehouse visit.

Responsibilities

Reply to customer enquiries across TikTok Shop, Shopee, our website and email within 12-hour windows.
Answer product questions and troubleshoot device issues.
Resolve order issues such as missing or wrong items, delays and damaged parcels.
Assess warranty claims, send return instructions and track devices.
Run QC checks on returned devices at the warehouse and arrange exchanges.
Keep the case log up to date until every case is closed.
Maintain reply templates and flag recurring issues to management.
