Job summary

Brixx Derma LLP is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service & Warranty Operations Executive in Singapore. The role involves handling customer messages and warranty cases for 2–3 hours daily, 6 days a week, mostly remotely with one fixed weekly warehouse visit in AMK/Bishan.

You’ll do QC checks, assist exchanges, and support events as needed, while maintaining case logs and updating templates. The position offers a fixed monthly retainer and supportive training in a fast-growing beauty-tech brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer service or e-commerce support.
• Clear, friendly written English. Mandarin is a plus.
• Highly organised and dependable. You follow cases through to the end without reminders.

Responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries across TikTok Shop, Shopee, our website and email within each platform’s 12-hour response window, including weekends.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot device issues.
• Resolve order issues such as missing or wrong items, delivery delays and damaged parcels.
• Assess warranty claims, send return instructions and track returned devices.
• Run QC checks on returned devices at the warehouse and arrange exchanges.
• Keep the case log up to date so every case is tracked until it’s closed.
• Maintain our reply templates and flag recurring product or delivery issues to management.
