Job summary

Ethos is seeking security risk analysts to help train a foundational AI language model on professional documents and related tasks. The role focuses on governance, risk management, and compliance across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks, with hands-on drafting and review of risk assessments and control matrices.

This is a flexible, remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $90/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience writing or reviewing risk assessments and vendor security questionnaires.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
