Job summary

OneTeamAnywhere is seeking a Commerce Operation Manager to oversee the end-to-end flow from order creation through sourcing, payments, and fulfillment for a Singapore-based client. This remote position targets candidates based in the Philippines with work authorization.

You will own the operating system behind the flow, establishing clear ownership, controls, and automation to scale without linear headcount growth as transaction volume increases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or transaction-platform operations with ownership of order/payment workflows.
• Experience leading an operations team, setting cadence and accountability.
• Strong ability to turn fragmented execution into clear workflows and controls.
• Proficiency with data to identify leakage and improve margins.
• Excellent command of English; Chinese is a plus for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commerce operations from order to reconciliation with clear visibility at each stage.
• Prevent revenue leakage by ensuring every transaction is captured and handed off correctly.
• Design processes, owners, SLAs, data requirements, and escalation paths to prevent issues.
• Identify and implement automation; partner with Growth, Finance, Product and Tech to roll out improvements.
• Lead and coordinate the Conversion operations team across account management, sourcing, and logistics.
