You’ll own relationships from the first call and grow them into lasting accounts through ongoing value and renewals. You’ll work remotely, meet clients by video, and coordinate with our team to ensure promises are kept.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales or account management.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and sales calls with interior design and renovation firms, diagnose growth bottlenecks, and close them into the right programme.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline: qualification, follow-ups, objections, and closing with monthly targets.
• Own every account you close as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Run regular check-ins and reviews, explain results, diagnose bottlenecks, and recommend next steps.
• Drive renewals by showcasing ongoing value throughout the programme.
• Identify expansion opportunities and help clients upgrade to higher tiers.
• Generate referrals by building trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-up cadences, and relationship health.
