Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or client success with a track record of targets
• Closers who build long-term relationships beyond the initial sale
• Ability to manage a portfolio and renewals across accounts

Responsabilités

• Run discovery and sales calls with interior design/renovation firms and close into the right programme
• Manage your sales pipeline end-to-end with qualification, follow-ups, objections, and closing
• Own every account you close as primary contact and trusted advisor
• Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews to identify bottlenecks and next steps
• Drive renewals by demonstrating ongoing value and client outcomes
• Identify expansion opportunities to upgrade programme tiers
• Generate referrals by building strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and fulfil promises
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up rhythms
