Assetara Limited is seeking a Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our team remotely via the Assetara platform. You will act as the primary contact for clients, delivering concierge-level account support and CRM administration without engaging in regulated financial advice.

The role focuses on client communication, platform navigation, and compliance-aligned service delivery, with strict adherence to security and data-protection standards in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strict adherence to operational, security, and compliance guidelines including initial training and identity checks.
• Professional remote work discipline, time management, and availability window compliance.
• Absolute commitment to confidentiality and data protection regulations when handling client data.
• No personalized investment advice, no handling of client funds or private keys, and no use of unapproved external channels.

Responsabilités

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Conduct scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation within compliance rules.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and perform authorized proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or breaches following company rules.
