Job summary

Pictet Asset Services seeks a Client Relationship Officer to support and develop B2B client relationships in Asia, combining front-facing relationship management with strong operational servicing. This role offers a potential pathway to a full CRM role in the future.

The candidate will handle complex account openings, payments, and asset transfers, while coordinating with Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other PAS locations to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• CMFAS / CACS certifications are an advantage.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new services and complex account openings with accurate documentation.
• Provide daily operational support including payments, cash movements, securities orders, fund subscriptions/redemptions, and asset transfers.
• Handle client queries and incidents with timely resolution and clear communication to clients and internal teams.
• Verify transaction data in core banking and PAS tools; maintain client files and records.
• Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through proactive servicing and regular contact.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across locations to deliver a seamless client experience.
