• Minimum 3 days a week commitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts, handle claims, and process payments
• Manage calendars and follow-ups to ensure no client is left behind
• Conduct check-ins to keep client rapport high
• Support the management and execution of team events
• Navigate the complexities of claims processing and account updates
