Job summary

Lifted, an Upwork Company, is recruiting a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support its ecommerce and health & wellness clients. This fully remote role requires fluency in Chinese and English, strong communication, and a professional approach to customer support.

You will handle international inquiries, follow SOPs and data security rules, meet CSAT and QA targets, complete training, and maintain a quiet, reliable home workspace with a stable internet connection.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese and English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain 100% attendance during training.
• Comfortable working remotely supporting international customers.
• Willingness to work designated shifts based on business needs.
• Ability to meet CSAT 90.5%+, QA 90%+, CPH 6+, occupancy 80%+, punctuality 95%+.
• Access to a company-compliant Windows or macOS device.
• Stable internet connection and quiet professional remote workspace.
• Experience in eCommerce, health & wellness, or international customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous support to an international customer base in Chinese and English.
• Handle inquiries and requests efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Follow SOPs and data security requirements.
• Meet targets for CSAT, QA, CPH, occupancy, and punctuality.
• Participate in mandatory training, quizzes, and live certification exams.
• Maintain 100% attendance and punctuality during training period.
• Work assigned shifts according to workforce management requirements.
• Maintain a quiet, reliable remote workspace with a stable internet connection.
• Use a compliant Windows or macOS device and follow security protocols.
• Be proactive in responding to feedback and improving performance.
