Job summary

Pixalate, Inc. is hiring an AR Specialist to join the Finance team in Singapore. The role focuses on invoicing, collections, and cash-flow support, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work cross-functionally across regions. A proactive communicator will help resolve discrepancies and improve AR processes in a fast-paced SaaS/digital environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance role.
• Degree preferred but not required; related field is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to support timely collections.
• Post and reconcile incoming payments; maintain clean customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment queries promptly.
• Maintain audit-ready AR records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare AR aging reports and provide updates on collections status.
• Support cash flow forecasting with accurate information on expected collections.
• Assist with AR forecasts and annual budgets, including billings and receivables.
