Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a comparable finance role.
• Hands-on experience with invoicing, cash application, AR aging, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to support timely collections.
• Post and reconcile incoming payments; maintain clean AR records.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries promptly.
• Maintain audit-ready AR documentation and reporting for month-end close.
