Job summary

NETS is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Singapore to manage day-to-day AR activities, including posting payments, reconciling accounts, and handling collections. The role supports month-end close and generates AR reports to aid financial monitoring.

You will work with merchants and internal teams to ensure timely cash collection, accurate reconciliations, and adherence to credit policies. Prior SAP and Excel proficiency is preferred, with strong attention to detail and teamwork

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Operations.
• Experience in collections, payment processing, and account reconciliation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Post customer payments timely and accurately in SAP, including bank transfers, cheques, GIRO, and other modes.
• Allocate receipts against invoices and clear open items in the system.
• Verify and reconcile payments from merchants and consumers against bank statements and internal records.
• Process GIRO applications and maintain updated records, following up on rejections.
• Monitor ageing reports and follow up on overdue accounts with statements and reminders.
• Generate and distribute AR reports to support collection efforts and financial monitoring.
• Escalate issues to relevant units for investigation and resolution.
• Handle CRM inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders within SLAs.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing activities and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with credit control policies and internal procedures.
• Support process improvements and other ad hoc finance tasks.
