Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to lead APJ GTM planning and operational excellence across the APJ region. You will partner with regional sales leadership and global RevOps to design scalable processes, governance, and capabilities that drive pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and headcount planning across ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Japan.

Remote-first role with regional travel, you will own forecasting cadence, quota input, and CRM hygiene, translating regional insights

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
1–2 years of people-management experience.
Deep fluency in Salesforce and broader GTM tech stack.
Experience with quota design, capacity planning, and organizational design.
Ability to partner with senior sales leadership and drive data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Serve as RevOps business partner to APJ sales leadership and regional leadership.
Own APJ forecasting, pipeline health, and executive-level reporting.
Lead capacity/headcount planning and regional operating model design.
Partner on quota design and annual planning to align with targets.
Ensure regional practices align with global RevOps standards and governance.
