Job summary
Airalo is seeking a versatile Solution Architect to lead localization and system integration of our Global MVNO Core. You’ll translate regional mandates into actionable requirements for Core Network Engineers and bridge legal, product and engineering teams.
You’ll run workshops with local MNOs and regulators, define data exchange rules for MNP and voice/SMS routing, and shape acceptance criteria across multiple APAC markets. Remote across APAC.
Qualifications
- 7+ years as Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect in Telecom/Tech.
- Able to translate regulatory documents into engineering tasks.
- Comfortable discussing SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers.
- Excellent in writing User Stories and Functional Specs; Jira adept.
- Experience with international roaming and interconnectivity.
Responsibilities
- Translate regional mandates into functional requirements for Core Network.
- Lead workshops with local MNOs, regulators, and internal teams.
- Define data exchange rules for Number Portability and voice/SMS routing.
- Create high-level workflows for regulatory services (MNP, LI).
- Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for compliance deployments.
- Mentor analysts on writing user stories and specifications.
