Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end interview and hiring coordination for technology teams across the APAC region. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to deliver a seamless hiring experience in a fast-paced global environment.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to established processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with recruitment coordination or HR operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ATS or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Review incoming resumes and route candidates to the appropriate hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to support recruitment operations.
