Job summary

DRW in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the APAC region, combining recruitment coordination with HR operations in a hybrid role. You will schedule interviews, assist onboarding and offboarding, manage candidate travel and expenses, and maintain candidate data in Greenhouse and Workday, while ensuring MOM compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Operations, or a related HR function.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate- and employee-first mindset.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms such as Workday and Greenhouse.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations (MOM) and work pass administration.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams, ensuring a seamless candidate and interviewer experience.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors.
• Manage interview logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, including assessments.
• Monitor schedules and resolve conflicts and last-minute changes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Greenhouse and Workday.
• Support recruitment events and HR operations projects.
