Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading multinational organisation to hire a Specialist, Talent Acquisition. This role focuses on attracting top technology talent within a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.

You will manage full lifecycle recruitment for technology roles across Southeast Asia and APAC, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience with exposure to technology hiring.
• Experience recruiting within Southeast Asia or the APAC region.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in agency or in-house environments.
• Experience handling high-volume or project-based recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Strong communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer management and onboarding for technology-related positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Drive recruitment activities across Southeast Asia and the wider APAC region.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Support high-volume recruitment initiatives and project-based hiring within tight hiring timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate offer management, and ensure recruitment processes are completed efficiently.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve overall hiring effectiveness.
