Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Adoption Strategist to design and run scalable adoption programs across enterprise and mid-market customers, especially for ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, audit prompts, and drive data-driven strategies to accelerate time-to-value and expand use cases.

The role emphasizes deep product fluency, AI-powered automation, and the ability to operate at scale in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in adoption or enablement roles at AI-native or highly technical companies.
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, or conversational AI.
• Proven track record building onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content.
• Ability to design scalable automated workflows using AI tools.
• Extremely analytical with ability to identify trends and insights.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs across customers.
• Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.
• Proactively audit customer prompts and configurations to identify gaps and offer recommendations.
• Track leading and lagging adoption metrics and partner with RevOps to iterate on reporting.
• Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption campaigns, including regional workshops and webinars.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to align adoption strategy across the customer journey.
• Work with leadership on high-impact initiatives to support local GTM and global results.
