Job summary

Virtuos is seeking a transformation leader to drive APAC change management for our agentic AI platform across global studios. You will collaborate with AI builders, AI Champions, and studio leadership to ensure AI tools deliver measurable impact.

The role offers high visibility, direct interaction with top AI leadership, and the chance to shape AI adoption across a network of world-class game studios in the region.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in transformation, change management, or management consulting with hands-on adoption experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own change management and adoption of AI tools across APAC studios.
• Be the voice of the user back to central product and engineering teams.
• Run enablement, training, and onboarding programs for studio teams.
• Identify and address resistance; turn detractors into advocates.
• Enable and amplify the AI Champion network in your region.
