Job summary

Eleven Labs Inc. is looking for a Deployment Strategist in Singapore to collaborate with a team to deploy their AI platform. You will engage with customers to understand their AI transformation goals, own key deals, and work closely with engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background with experience working directly with enterprise customers, superb communication skills, and the ability to simplify technical concepts. A proficiency in Python, alongside multi-lingual capabilities (Mandarin/English), is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical capacity with enterprise customers.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals.
• Own flagship deals and drive them to close.
