Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an energetic Account Manager to lead APAC enterprise relationships in a fast-growing AI voice platform company. You will build scalable account-management playbooks, nurture customers across Southeast Asia and North Asia, drive product adoption, manage renewals and expansions, and track key KPIs to deliver long-term value.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in Account Management or Customer Success in a fast-paced SaaS org.
• Strong builder and customer-excellence mindset.
• Commercial experience—own renewals and expansion for your book of business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, professional level for negotiations and writing.

Responsibilities

• Help develop a scalable account management playbook for APAC.
• Build relationships with commercial/enterprise clients in APAC (Southeast Asia and North Asia).
• Drive long-term adoption of multiple products.
• Monitor usage to identify improvements or revenue expansion.
• Own expansion and renewal of accounts.
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction & experience.
• Own account management KPIs (NRR/GRR) and track against company goals.
