Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Remittance operations experience in banking.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in workflow improvement, business transformation, or process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of remittance processes, regulatory requirements, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure delivery of project objectives.
• Analyze and document current-state remittance workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and recommend future-state processes to enhance efficiency and leverage automation.
• Work with automation and technology teams on solution design, testing, implementation, and deployment.
• Facilitate communication among business, IT, vendor, and HQ teams to address queries and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and project materials.
