Job summary

Manpower Singapore is recruiting for an entry-level banking operations role focused on remittance support. You will investigate customer queries, work with banks to resolve issues, and process failed remittances in line with approved procedures.

The role requires strong communication and familiarity with MS Office tools. Candidates should have a finance-related degree and 6–12 months of banking operations experience; payments experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 6–12 months to 1 year of experience in banking operations.
• Related experience in payments is a plus.
• Experience in banking/financial industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint with O365.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer remittance queries within SLA and payment guidelines.
• Collaborate with business units, agent banks/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries.
• Process failed remittances in accordance to procedures.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Manager.
