Job summary

Good Job Creations Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive Remittance workflow improvements. You will analyse current processes with project teams, users and external vendors to design efficient To-Be workflows and identify automation opportunities.

Based in Singapore, you will document changes, support cross-functional stakeholders, and help migrate solutions while maintaining clear communication with HQ and branch users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Remittance operations within a bank or financial institution.
• 3+ years in operational workflow improvement projects in banking.
• Knowledge of banking KYC processes and controls.
• Strong documentational skills for workflow documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with users, IT teams, external vendors and HQ.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and drive operational workflow improvements within the Remittance function. In this role, you will collaborate with project teams, users, and external vendors to analyse current processes, design efficient workflows, and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with project teams, Branch users, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Analyse As-Is workflows and propose To-Be workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities for automation and work with the automation enhancement team to implement, test, and migrate solutions
• Document workflow changes and support process improvements
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve inquiries and issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Remittance operations within a bank (either as an operational staff or consultant)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational workflow improvement projects or related initiatives in banking
• Knowledge or analytical skills in banking KYC operations
• Strong documentation capabilities for workflow documents
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with users, IT teams, external vendors, and HQ
