Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced operations professional to join our payments and cash management team. The role focuses on validating client payment instructions, ensuring required approvals and signing mandates, and maintaining strict adherence to established procedures for accuracy and compliance.

You will review a broad range of transactions, handle Front Office inquiries, and contribute to process improvements and change initiatives while prioritizing risk

Responsibilities

• Perform pre processing validation of client payment instructions, ensuring required approvals, signing mandates and operational procedures are fulfilled.
• Review transactions including payments, internal transfers, cheque issuance, cash withdrawals, guarantees and deposit placements or withdrawals.
• Conduct and verify callback authentication for asset transfers and client static data updates in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform daily operational controls and exception checks; identify potential risk issues and escalate discrepancies or procedural deviations appropriately.
• Handle operational queries from Front Office and business stakeholders, ensuring cases are resolved or escalated within established timelines.
• Identify control or process gaps and support operational improvements, change initiatives and projects as required.
