Qualifications

• 1 year experience in secured lending, term loans, or mortgage financing preferred.
• Background in B2B sales from financial/credit firms is advantageous.

• Acquire & Grow: Identify and onboard new corporate clients for property-backed loans, while nurturing existing relationships.
• Advise & Guide: Promote our range of financial solutions and provide clear, consultative guidance tailored to client needs.
• Deliver Results: Achieve KPIs through strategic prospecting and relationship-driven sales not transactional deals.
• Network & Connect: Build a strong referral network through genuine partnerships and industry engagement.
• Analyze & Recommend: Prepare credit proposals with financial analysis that reflects a deep understanding of client objectives.
