Job summary

RECRUIT AVENUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to manage and grow client relationships across Data Centres, Real Estate, and Infrastructure.

The role involves understanding clients’ financing needs and coordinating with product teams to deliver tailored banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of corporate banking experience, strong credit analysis skills, and a track record in originating financing opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, Coverage, Structured Finance or Project Finance.
• Relevant sector exposure to Data Centres, Real Estate and/or Infrastructure is strongly preferred.
• Experience in credit analysis, structuring and execution of corporate or financing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients across the Data Centre, Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients' business models, financing requirements and strategic plans.
• Identify and originate lending, financing and broader banking opportunities, including bilateral and syndicated transactions.
• Work closely with internal product partners to deliver financing solutions.
• Lead or support credit proposals, financial analysis and deal execution, working closely with Credit and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks and ensure appropriate account management.
• Drive new client acquisition while deepening existing relationships and increasing wallet share.

• Develop a strong understanding of clients' business models, financing requirements and strategic plans.
• Identify and originate lending, financing and broader banking opportunities, including bilateral and syndicated transactions.
• Work closely with internal product partners, including Structured Finance, Project Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Transaction Banking and Treasury, to deliver financing solutions.
• Lead or support credit proposals, financial analysis and deal execution, working closely with Credit and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks and ensure appropriate account management.
• Drive new client acquisition while deepening existing relationships and increasing wallet share.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, Coverage, Structured Finance or Project Finance.
• Relevant sector exposure to Data Centres, Real Estate and/or Infrastructure is strongly preferred.
• Experience in credit analysis, structuring and execution of corporate or financing transactions.
• Strong financial analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to develop client relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
