ANTARES MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Relationship Manager for property-backed lending in a collaborative, growth-focused team in Singapore.

You’ll advise corporate clients, onboard new borrowers, and cultivate long-term relationships, driving credit solutions and sales performance while upholding integrity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• 1–2 years’ experience in secured lending, term loans, or mortgage financing preferred.
• Background in B2B sales from financial/credit firms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Acquire & Grow: identify and onboard new corporate clients for property-backed loans and nurture relationships.
• Advise & Guide: promote our financial solutions with consultative client guidance.

About the Role

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor for corporate clients seeking secured financing solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where integrity and collaboration come first.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire & Grow: Identify and onboard new corporate clients for property-backed loans, while nurturing existing relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• 1–2 years’ experience in secured lending, term loans, or mortgage financing preferred.
• Background in B2B sales from financial/credit firms like is advantageous.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented—without compromising integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to listen, understand, and solve client challenges.
